Since Facebook launched their new timeline base brand pages there have been a number of interesting uses of the new format but the most unique I’ve seen goes to outdoor clothing and equipment brand Quechua. They decided to use their timeline to show one of their new commercials but you have to play projectionist by scrolling down the page to see it. The commercial is called “The Quechua Experiment,” and was created by Paris-based agency Fred & Farid. The only catch / annoyance is that you have to go to the bottom of the timeline and click “See More Recent Stories.” about 15 times to get all the images are open. Only upon reaching the very bottom of the timeline can hold down the shift and space keys to start playing the commercial.
