How to (not) fail

Over the years I can’t think of anything on that I thought was actually worth sharing until I recently saw this deck from Weiden + Kennedy Amsterdam called ‘How to (not) fail’ that may be the best agency presentation I’ve ever seen. It has a much needed but rarely discussed truth that most brands assume their consumers are all in love with them but the facts about how consumers interact with brands is very different. Brands need to understand the difference between the consumers who drive actual revenue and the consumers who simply drive publicity and create strategies that will leverage both. The deck is a quick read but has a lot of good thinking and facts that you can use to help shape your brand strategy to create stronger consumer bonds.
