My upcoming 2014 keynotes and talks

I wanted to give a quick update on three new speaking engagements I will be doing through the upcoming year including two keynotes that will be within two days on each other in April in Miami.


April 8, 2014, Marco Island, Florida – Opening Keynote
Social media is real, but is it it’s own channel?
My first speech will be the opening keynote be at the Customer Contact East conference in Marco Island Florida in April 8th. This keynote will cover my thoughts on the state of social media, its strengths, its weaknesses and how to utilize it to build a strong brand.


April 10, 2014, Miami, Florida – Creativity and Innovation Keynote
The Crazy Ones: How to be a leader that inspires creative and innovative customer solutions
I am asked all the time about what makes my team successful and how are we able to produce that work that we do and my answer is always the same – its our culture and leadership structure.  This keynote will be the first time I will ever publicly discuss my leadership philosophies and insights for running a creative team. This is a topic I am deeply passionate about and have spent years trying to perfect so it should be a great keynote.


October 4-8, 2014, Los Angeles, California

I am very excited to announce that I have been asked to speak at Adobe MAX for the third straight year. I love working with Adobe and I love the energy of the people who attend this conference. I am still working on the topic of my session but I can guarantee you that once again this year I will work to bring my signature passion and content that is a little different from the rest of what you will find at MAX.
