The designers at CURVED/labs took up the challenge to figure out what a 30th anniversary version of the iconic Mac Classic might look like. The based their design on the current components of a Macbook Air with an 11-inch screen. However, they transformed it into a touchscreen so you can choose whether to control it via mouse and keyboard or type directly on the 11.6 inch touchscreen. There are also some nice touches like honoring the detail that Steve Jobs wanted the Macintosh to have a face so at the spot located under the screen, where the drive for 3.5-inch disk sat, you will now find a slot for SD cards, the FaceTime camera, speakers and a microphone. All of this makes for one impressive look computer that is a fantastic tribute to the past while reflecting the current state of design.
