MINI’s Google Glass-style Eyewear Meets Driver Needs
Think of MINI’s Augmented Vision eyewear as the twenty-first century version of classic driving goggles. The automaker will unveil the one off eyewear at the 2015 Shanghai Auto Show. The project is a collaboration with several Qualcomm companies to create an augmented reality experience specific to the needs of a driver. I have no idea why anyone would want it and doubt anyone will buy it but it is an interesting partnership.
